\"WM\"<\/a>5 Sportler_innen der Schwimmsektion des Wiener Sport-Club<\/strong> – so viele wie noch nie – reisen am Donnerstag, dem 7.Juni in die italienische Emilia-Romagna, um in Riccione bei den 14. FINA Masters Weltmeisterschaft<\/a><\/strong> teilzunehmen. Von 10. – 17. Juni 2012<\/strong> finden die Schwimmbewerbe statt, die neben Open Water, Wasserball, Wasserspringen und Synchronschwimmen bei der gr\u00f6\u00dften Schwimmveranstaltung der Welt angeboten werden. 12.660 Teilnehmer<\/strong> aus 76 L\u00e4ndern<\/strong> des Planeten haben gemeldet, darunter fast 9.700 Schwimmerinnen und Schwimmer. Zusammen mit Betreuern, Angeh\u00f6rigen, Veranstalter und Volunt\u00e4ren werden 25.000 Leute erwartet. Eine logistische Meisterleistung, die bereits im Vorfeld bei der reibungslosen Registrierung bewiesen wurde.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr den Wiener Sport-Club werden Magdalena St\u00f6ttner<\/strong> (AK25), Ulrike Greiner<\/strong> (AK35), Angelika H\u00f6necke<\/strong> (AK45), Peter Polak<\/strong>\u00a0(AK50) und Wolfgang Raml<\/strong>\u00a0(AK40) vertreten sein. Erstmal werden bei dieser Club-Weltmeisterschaft\u00a0 zwei Staffeln f\u00fcr den WSC an den Start gehen: Am Donnertag, dem 14.Juni wird die 4 x 50m Lagen Mixed<\/strong> (AK160) und die 4 x 50m Freistil Mixed<\/strong> Staffel (AK160) sich mit den Besten der Welt messen.<\/p>\n

Die Wettk\u00e4mpfe sind allgemein enorm stark besetzt, allein die Limitzeiten, um sich f\u00fcr die Weltmeisterschaft zu qualifizieren, waren so hart wie noch nie. Somit wartet eine wirklich rekordverd\u00e4chtige Woche auf den Wiener Sport-Club.<\/p>\n
